Free 10-part Meditations for beginners
Self-paced guided meditations, for anyone who would like to trial – designed for beginners, however they can be used by anyone at any time. Each of the ten meditations uses different techniques so you can trial different ways of building your own practice.
Nothing required to start, except your preference of sitting on the floor, a pillow, or chair. Create a cosy environment where you have time to yourself, each guided meditation runs between 10-20 minutes.
